Mike Johnson and the Energy |

Mike Johnson, just 5 days after his house record performance at Roseland Bowl, came out for his next league appearance. He was hoping to use the same Pure Energy ball that he used for his 858 series. However, since the lanes were hooking more this evening he decided to change to his Energy ball and make another run at the record. Johnson proceded to shoot games of 268, 300, and 279 for an outstanding 847. The right hander left one 10 pin, and two solid 9 pins for the evening.
His teammate, Jeff Maneval, was also able to find the pocket, except he used his High Energy for games of 268, 279, and 279 for an 824 series.
Congrats to both bowlers and two exceptional performances.
